Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days. It takes 1 – 3 business days to prepare your order, including printing, quality checks, and packaging before it is shipped out.
Shipping Time: You will receive your order within 8 – 10 business days (depending on the destination) from the date it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed.
Shipping Costs:
- Free Standard Shipping – Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Standard Shipping – Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the number of items and destination.
Tracking
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may ship in multiple packages. If you have your tracking number from the shipment confirmation email, you can enter it [here] to track your order.
Delays and Exceptions
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or extreme weather conditions in some parts of the country, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email with an update.
Return & Exchange: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to work with you to resolve any issues. Items can be returned or exchanged, and a refund can be issued within 30 days of receiving the product in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
