30-Day Refund & Replacement Policy
PAYMENT
We accept payments via credit cards (VISA, MasterCard) and PayPal. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless payment experience. PayPal ensures quick and easy transactions, allowing you to complete your purchase effortlessly.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies:
CANCELING OR MODIFYING ORDERS
To cancel or modify your order, please contact our support team within 4 hours of placing it. Requests after this timeframe cannot be accepted, and your order will proceed as usual.
Please note:
- Full refunds are available only for order cancellations within the allowed timeframe.
- A management, processing, and transaction fee of 1.5% of the total order value will be deducted for cancellations.
REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
Our replacement and refund policy applies for 30 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot process requests beyond this period.
As our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, a free replacement or refund will be provided in the following cases:
- Missing items during transit.
- Wrong items received.
- Items returned by the carrier without explanation.
- Damaged items caused by our factory or the carrier.
Important Notes:
- Slight differences in color or size due to monitor settings or lighting effects will not qualify for a return or refund.
- Refunds or replacements will not be provided for errors made by the customer, such as incorrect size, design, or color selection, or improper care of the product.
REFUNDS
Refund requests must be made within 3 days of the delivery date. Refund processing typically takes 3–5 business days from confirmation. Once issued, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Note: Refunds to pre-paid cards may take up to 30 days based on the card issuer's policies.
If you haven't received your refund after this period, we recommend:
- Checking your bank account again.
- Contacting your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Reaching out to your bank, as it may take 5 business days to post the refund.

SHIPPING ISSUES
- If the tracking information indicates delivery (with proof), but the item is not received, it is likely the package was stolen. For security reasons, we do not provide refunds or replacements in such cases.
- Design modifications may delay shipping, especially during the holiday season.
- If your package is returned due to an address issue (e.g., incorrect or insufficient address), we do not offer refunds or replacements. Please verify your shipping information carefully before completing your payment.
