At American Revival Gear, all our items are exclusively made-to-order. This means that once you place your order, we craft your item(s) individually, ensuring top-notch quality.

We aim to provide a smooth and timely delivery experience for all our customers. Please review our shipping policy below for estimated processing and shipping times:

How Long Does It Take to Receive My Order, and How Much Will It Cost to Ship?

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days. It takes 1 – 3 business days to prepare your order, including printing, quality checks, and packaging before it is shipped out.
  • Shipping Time: You will receive your order within 8 – 10 business days (depending on the destination) from the date it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Free Standard Shipping – Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping.
    • Standard Shipping – Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the number of items and destination.

Tracking

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may ship in multiple packages. If you have your tracking number from the shipment confirmation email, you can enter it [here] to track your order.

Delays and Exceptions

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or extreme weather conditions in some parts of the country, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  • If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email with an update.

Incorrect/Insufficient Address

  • Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
  • If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
  • We do not refund or replace the order in this case. However, we can offer a discount code for your next order so you can reorder the item you want and have it shipped to the correct address.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace or refund the affected item.

Return & Exchange Policy

Currently, there is NO return policy for change of mind or errors made when placing your order.

  • We only accept returns or exchanges if the item you purchased is defective or damaged within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • If you believe you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@americanrevivalgear.com with your order number and photos of the product. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US with the standard shipping method.
The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders (heavy shipping products) may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.

Holiday Shipping: Due to certain US Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out.
